I created two tote bag designs for Faux Gallery’s Unfold exhibition, inspired by the typographic styles of Jessica Hische and Alex Trochut. Each front features a typographic composition reflecting the designer’s era and personal style, while the reverse includes a written artist bio and artist name styled to match.
My process included deep research, digital and hand-drawn components, and style mimicry through custom layouts, fonts, and vector illustrations. I later updated the designs for this portfolio, refining the background contrast on the Hische tote and reworking the Trochut layout for better typographic impact.
I received 91.4/100 with strong praise for my design decisions, process documentation, and understanding of historical styles.
